Rules
This market will resolve to "Yes"
if the cryptocurrency token Popcat $POPCAT
becomes available for spot purchase
on either Binance or Coinbase
by 2025-01-01 00:00 UTC.
If $POPCAT is not listed
on either exchange by this deadline,
the market will resolve to "No".
The primary sources for resolution
will be official announcements from Binance
or Coinbase.
In the absence of such announcements,
a consensus from credible reporting outlets
will be considered to determine the outcome.
