Should Binance be inaccessible,
the decision will then rely on a consensus
from other reliable sources.
Note that in the event of a significant data
nconsistency issue with Binance
(i.g., if ETH reaches only $7,000
on other exchanges but hits $10,000 on Binance),
a consensus from other reliable sources will be utilized.
