BTC Volatility Index above 50 before August?

Rules

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes"
if any Deribit 1 minute candle for the Bitcoin
Volatility Index (DVOL) between 2025-07-14
and 2025-07-31 16:00 UTC
has a final "High" value of 50.01 or higher.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market is Deribit, specifically
the Bitcoin Volatility Index "High" values available at
https://www.deribit.com/statistics/BTC/volatility-index
with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles
selected on the top bar.

Note that the outcome of this market depends solely
on the data from the Deribit Bitcoin Volatility Index chart.

Values from other exchanges or different indexes
will not be considered for the resolution of this market.
