Will ETH price be above $3,795.45 on July 31?

Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes"
if the "Close" price for the Binance 1-minute candle
for ETHUSDT on 2025-07-30 16:00 UTC
is lower than the final "Close" price
for the 2025-07-31 16:00 UTC candle.

This market will resolve to "No"
if the "Close" price for the Binance 1-minute candle
for ETHUSDT on 2025-07-30 16:00 UTC
is higher than the final "Close" price
for the 2025-07-31 16:00 UTC candle.

If the final "Close" price for both of these candles
is exactly equal on Binance, this market will be disbanded.
The invested funds will be returned to the users' accounts.

The official resolution source for this market is Binance,
specifically the ETHUSDT "Close" prices available at
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT
with "1m" and "Candles" selected on the top bar.

Note that this market is about the price
according to Binance ETHUSDT,
not according to other sources or spot markets.
