BNB all time high by December 31?

Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes"
if any Binance 1-minute candle for BNB/USDT
between 2025-10-29 17:00 UTC and 2026-01-01 05:00 UTC
has a final “High” price that is higher than any previous
Binance 1m candle's "High" price on any prior date.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The official resolution source for this market is Binance,
specifically the BTCUSDT "Close" prices available at
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BNB_USDT
with "1m" and "Candles" selected on the top bar.

Note that this market is about the price
according to Binance BTCUSDT,
not according to other sources or spot markets.
