Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes"
if any Binance 1-minute candle for ETHUSDT
between 2025-11-01 and 2021-11-30 17:00 UTC
has a final "High" price of $4,400.01 or higher.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The official resolution source for this market is Binance,
specifically the ETHUSDT "High" prices available at
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT
with "1m" and "Candles" selected on the top bar.

Note that this market is about the price
according to Binance ETHUSDT,
not according to other sources or spot markets.
