Rules
This market will resolve to "Yes"
if an official announcement is made
by 2025-12-31 17:00 UTC
that Changpeng Zhao will return to Binance
in a permanent role.
Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".
An official announcement of his return will be sufficient
for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether he
actually assumes the role.
Interim or informal roles will not qualify.
An advisory role will qualify so long as it is permanent.
The resolution source will be official announcements
from Binance.
