This market will resolve to "Yes"
if ByteDance publicly announces its intention
to sell TikTok by 2025-04-30 17:00 UTC.
If no such announcement is made,
this market will resolve to "No".
A public announcement of intent to sell TikTok
will count, even if the sale itself is not yet completed.
This includes any formal statement by ByteDance
or its authorized representatives confirming
their plan to sell or transfer ownership of TikTok.
Official communications from ByteDance
will be the primary source for resolving this market.
However, a consensus of credible reports
may also be considered if necessary.
