has a final"Close" price of $1,900.01 or higher.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

specifically the ETHUSDT "Close" price available at
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_USDT
with "1m" and "Candles" selected on the top bar.
Note that market is based solely
on the price as reported by Binance ETHUSDT.
Prices from other sources or spot markets
will not be considered.
