has a final "Close" price of $2.10001 or higher.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

specifically the XRPUSDT "Close" price available at
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/XRP_USDT
with "1m" and "Candles"
selected on the top navigation bar.
Note that this market is based solely
on Binance XRPUSDT price,
not on prices from other sources or spot markets.
