agreed-upon halt in military engagemen
is reached between Russia and Ukraine
by 2025-12-31 17:00 UTC.
If an agreement is officially reached
before the resolution deadline,
the market will still resolve as "Yes",
even if the ceasefire takes effect later.
Informal agreements will not count
toward resolution.
Humanitarian pauses also do not qualify
as an official ceasefire.
This market's resolution will be based on
official announcements from both Russia
and Ukraine.
However, if a wide consensus of credible
media sources reports that an official
ceasefire agreement has been reached,
it will be considered valid for resolution.
